By attending our wedding on August 23, 2025 at the Kahala Hotel and Resort (the “wedding”), You acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimer and terms.

You are solely responsible for Your own safety and well-being and You will not hold Brittney Wu and/or Travis Matsuzaki (jointly, “Us”) responsible or liable in any way. You are also responsible for Your safety and well-being when traveling to and from the wedding. All attendees who participate and/or attend the wedding do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any damage or loss to the property identified as The Kahala Hotel and Resort, Your personal property, and/or any injury to You.

You agree that You understand this disclaimer and that You and/or any person associated with You will not bring any type of claim or legal action against Us arising out of, or related to, our wedding.
